I've seen the Pretenders liv 3 times, early on in their career in October 1981 at the Palladium, in April 1987 at Radio City Music Hall after the commercial success of the albums Learning To Crawl & Get Close, and then just recently, in April 2018, at the Morristown PAC. That gap of 31 years between 1987 and 2018 is the 2nd longest I ever went between seeing a concert by the same band, topped only by the 38 year gap between my first America concert in 1978 and the 2nd one in 2016!
This soundboard recoding captures the Pretenders in Scotland about a year before I saw them for the third time on August 4, 2017, 4 years ago today.
